| Looking forward to a new year full of deep learning, thought-provoking discussions, belly laughs, and the occasional (many?) tangents? Yes? Then join us as the TABI Women’s Torah Study returns for the new year! We’re starting the year off right: food, friends, and a little divine wisdom (in no particular order). Join us for dinner and conversation in the Sukkah on 🗓 Thursday, October 9 at 6:00 PM. We’re going potluck-style — so bring your favorite kosher-style dish (dairy, eggs, fish… you know the drill). Volunteer at the Immigrant Welcome and Resouce Center and Vincennes University Adult Program
Please consider volunteering with an after school program serving K-12 multilingual learners at the Immigrant Welcome and Resource Center. It begins mid September and meets weekly after school from 3:30 until 5pm every Tuesday and Thursday. You can volunteer weekly or whenever you are available. Any help is appreciated! As an after school volunteer you will help students with their homework,engage them in pre- planned enrichment activities and occasionally accompany them on field trips. Join us in supporting Adult ESL classes in partnership with VU English Classes to help our neighbors improve their language proficiency and be better prepared for workforce and family needs.
We are seeking volunteers who can help with classes on the following dates and times:
Mondays and Wednesdays at 9am, 11:30am, and 6pm
Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8am, 10:30am, and 6pm

Volunteer at Feed Evansville
Have you been looking for a way to give back but don’t know where to start? Or think “I don’t have the time”?
Feed Evansville is looking to fill caregiver slots for our Free Little Pantry Program. This volunteer opportunity is only a 1 hour commitment a month!
What does it mean to be a pantry caregiver?
Each month, on the 3rd Saturday, caregivers pick up items to fill their assigned pantry. Pick up times are from 2-3 p.m.
