UPCOMING EVENTS
Walking for Dreams

TABI will participate as a “group” in the fundraiser “walking for dreams” on May 19. We will participate specifically to raise money for Habitat and the interfaith build.

All people need to do is use the QR code on the flyer – Walking For Dreams  or go here: https://evansvillehabitat.org/events/wfd/

Then put in their amount, and choose “interfaith build” under “Whose fund would you like to support”.  Then fill in the walker information below. In the “Donor note” indicate that you are part of TABI.

More details about our meet up time, etc.will be forthcoming in the weeks ahead.

We hope you will join us!

Women’s Torah Study-

TABI is excited to announce the restarting of the Women’s Torah study beginning at the beginning with B’reishit. Join fellow congregants as we bring the women of the Torah into the limelight and bring women’s perspectives into the interpretation of our sacred text.  These “lay lead” study sessions will be held before Saturday morning services, allowing us to bring new perspectives and enriching the discussions during regular Shabbat services.

May 4:  Acharei Mot

Thank you to those who have helped restock the grocery and gas cards for our Give One Take One program. We can always use more, so please think of those who are in the need the next time you go to the store or the gas station and perhaps pick up one $20.00 card to donate. The baskets are located on the wall next to the Rabbi’s office.

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT

BlueRibbonsForIsrael

We received our shipment of Blue Ribbons as part of the BlueRibbonsforIsrael campaign. Ribbons are in the temple office and available on a first come first served basis. They will also be available on Shabbat.

You can read about other ways you can participate in this campaign at this site:

https://www.blueribbonsforisrael.org

Let’s all pray that each and every hostage is released safely and soon.

For the past many years, our worship has been streaming on LiveStream.
Each week, a link is created and sent out via email and our “channel” is also accessible via our website. Livestream and Vimeo have merged, and they are doing away with “basic” plans like ours. The cost to continue our service is now prohibitive.

For the foreseeable future, our service will now stream on the TABI Facebook
